Commander's Intent
Mission First; People Always

C - Care and Communicate: Care for your Marines, Sailors and family members. Care about them the way you want to be treated. Use the chain of Command to communicate their concerns. Communicate with mutual respect. Care about the Corps, your Country and our Mission.

L - Lead and Learn: Lead from the front. Lead by example. Lead with confidence. Leaders take action by working together for a common purpose as a team. Learn from each other; when everyone moves with a common purpose, everyone is a positive contributor.

B - Brilliance in the Basics: Pre-combat checks, Inspections, Rehearsals, After-action reviews, conditioning, immediate action drills, weapons handling and safety. These are the basics and enforcing these basics is everyone's responsibility.

1 - Mission First; People Always: 1st in Support is our mantra, pUlling our people first is our priority. 1st in training readiness, family readiness and maintenance readiness. 1" place is our goal.
