1/7 Chaplain
Chaplain Williams was born on March 15, 1975 in Houston, Texas. He accepted his calling into the ministry at the age of 16. Upon his acceptance, he was appointed Assistant to the Pastor at the Lyons Unity Missionary Baptist Church, Houston, Texas, from 1991 through 2001, Outreach Pastor at the Melchezidek King of Salem Church of God in Christ Atlanta, Georgia, from 2001 through 2004 and Associate Pastor at the Greater St. Matthew Baptist Church, Houston, Texas, from 2005 through 2009.
Chaplain Williams graduated from Clark Atlanta University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, and then matriculated at the Interdenominational Theological Center (Morehouse School of Religion) with a Master of Divinity.
Chaplains offer innovative ministry and spiritual care to our Marines, Sailors, and families. Chaplain Williams primary job is to provide and facilitate religious services, and care for all Marines and Sailors.
