Family readiness is the responsibility of each Marine -- active involvement in the FRA ensures that families are equipped with the information and resources necessary to make sound decisions

An FRA must complete training: FRAs complete a standardized training course and serve in the FRA Network with other appointed and trained Family Readiness Assistants, see here for the MCCS Family Team Building Schedule
